Ngozi is a Lead Well Engineer in Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria Limited, where she currently manages over 80 personnel in delivering well abandonment and workovers in a safe and cost effective manner. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics & Statistics from the University of Calabar and an MBA in oil & gas from Robert Gordon University. A certified Completions & Well Intervention Round 2 professional and trained Continuous Improvement Practitioner with over 17 years of active experience in the execution of wells (oil and gas) projects in Shell. She is currently the Chairperson for SPE S103. Ngozi enjoys watching football and tennis and aspires to become an avid golfer. She is happily married and has two upcoming Engineers as children.
